A clear trend is emerging in a series of polls released over the last two weeks - suggesting the U.S. Senate race in Georgia is headed toward a December runoff.
Remember - Georgia has a very unique runoff law for the general election, where a candidate must get more than 50 percent to win. If no one gets a majority, then the top two candidates face off again.
That happened in both Georgia Senate races in 2020.
